About Us First launched in 2003, juneaucounty.net originally served as an online companion to Juneau County Sports and Recreation, a printed publication dedicated to Juneau County's many recreational opportunities. The publication also offered coverage to the high school athletic teams from Juneau County's several school districts. As the publication grew into The Free Companion, it's distribution soon exceeded 16 west-central Wisconsin counties and brought about the launch of it's own website. This then allowed for juneaucounty.net to focus on Juneau County and become an Internet portal to this central Wisconsin county. |
